Rockefeller Center at Night

Not much posting for the next few days as I'm doing various projects as well as getting ready for the holidays. I was near Rockefeller Center the other night and took a few pictures of the tree to post, not very good but you get the idea.

I was about 50 or 60 yards from the tree when I took this one, I'm always amazed at the height of the tree.

  2. My NYC knowledge is no better than tourist grade. So I'm still in awe of how NYC fits all that (buildings, people, cars, subways, etc.) into such a small space. Thanks for the snaps, Diane.

(Unlike last year this time, we seem to have avoided snow, at least where I am.)

  4. Now that the weather is seasonally cold and not that 60+ degrees of a few weeks ago this Christmas scene looks wonderful. When they turned on the lights back in early December, however, people were walking around in short sleeves and sweaters. Weird.
