My hunch---no more than that---is that the price of printer inks may offer pen companies an opportunity to bootstrap fountain pen sales. Hope they're listening. Having Jack write and comment keeps me from being too dippy about my good luck. :)dianebhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13856902356103585311noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-162505706073664121.post-8776493076400481702010-07-22T06:13:36.423-04:002010-07-22T06:13:36.423-04:00Thanks, Alex.

I enjoyed writing it.

I agree with you, Heather, the Platinum Preppy is a great inexpensive pen; the converter's brass-colored fittings dress up the appearance, too. I just bought my first fountain pen (a Platinum Preppy) a little while ago, and I am loving it. It is such a change from the regular ballpoint or even gel pen, and when I write with it, I feel as though what I am writing has a more serious and timeless quality. I can't wait to start buying inks.Heatherhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02434221231298315347noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-162505706073664121.post-49743336512987948962010-07-20T15:43:37.292-04:002010-07-20T15:43:37.292-04:00Thanks for publishing, Diane!
